User Agreement for The Neighbor Networks

By accessing or using The Neighbor Networks ("thePlatform"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined inthis User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or usethe Platform.

3. Community Norms and Values

The Neighbor Networks is a platform for community-ledmanagement. Members are encouraged to collaboratively define and uphold thecommunity’s values and norms. Users are encouraged to engagewith others in a way that supports the positive development of the communityand aligns with the values agreed upon by the group.

The Platform’s role:

• Limited     Administrative Intervention: The Neighbor Networks is designed to     minimize administrative involvement in day-to-day community management.     Instead, the focus is on empowering members to collectively determine and     enforce the rules and expectations that guide their interactions.

4. Participation

The Neighbor Networks is designed to be flexible in terms ofparticipation. You are welcome to engage as much or as little as you like.Whether you prefer to be a passive observer, a sporadic participant, or anactive contributor, your involvement is entirely up to you. The Platformrespects and values all levels of engagement and recognizes that each user maychoose their own path for community involvement.

5. User Content and Behavior

Users are responsible for the content they post, share, orengage with on The Neighbor Networks. You acknowledge that all content,including but not limited to text, images, links, and comments, is created andshared by users and not by the Platform itself. By posting or interacting withcontent, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and to respect otherusers' rights.

The Neighbor Networks is not responsible for:

• The     accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of content posted by users.
• Any     interactions or decisions made by users offline based on content or     connections made on the Platform.
• Any     disputes, harm, or damages that arise from interactions between users,     whether online or offline.

6. Offline Decisions and Interactions

You understand and agree that any decisions, interactions,or engagements you choose to pursue offline as a result of using The NeighborNetworks are entirely at your own risk. The Platform is not liable for anyoutcomes, disputes, damages, or consequences arising from offline actions takenbased on interactions or content encountered on The Neighbor Networks.

7. User Responsibilities

As a user, you are responsible for:

• Using     your personal judgment and experience when engaging with other users and     content.
• Collaborating     with other members to establish and maintain community norms that foster     positive relationships and inclusivity.

8. Platform's Liability

The Neighbor Networks does not endorse, verify, or assumeresponsibility for any user-generated content or interactions. You agree thatthe Platform, its owners, employees, affiliates, or service providers will notbe held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of The NeighborNetworks or any interactions facilitated through it.

9. Changes to the Agreement

The Neighbor Networks reserves the right to update or modifythis User Agreement at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes,and continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes youracceptance of the updated terms.

10. Termination of Access

The Neighbor Networks reserves the right to suspend orterminate your access to the Platform at its sole discretion if you violate anypart of this Agreement or engage in behavior that disrupts the community orviolates the law.
